Qi-gong diet
The Qi-gong diet originally was an ancient method of recovering from diabetes, high blood pressure
and heart disease. But in using this method, the Chinese discovered the possibility for
losing weight. Since that time, the Beijing Institute of Science has had twelve years of
clinical experience using this method and it has been brought to Japan and improved upon.
Generally people imagine that dieting involves hard exercise or taking dietary supplements
for controlling their appetite. But a Qi-gong diet is completely different from these typical diets.
Simply eating less results in too much stress and the body reacts by stocking up on fat.
Secondly, nutrition becomes unbalanced which leads to an unhealthy condition of the body.
But keeping a healthy body and burning body fat while enjoying a normal everyday life is
possible with the Qi Qong diet.
This diet method consists of three types of breathing. Each type of breathing has a different purpose.
The first approach is to eliminate the body's biggest opponent which is the feeling of hunger.
The second approach is to change the body's source of energy from food to extra body fat.
Finally, the third approach is to reduce the mental stress associated with dieting and promote
hormonal balance.
If you practice the diet consistently for 35 minutes a day,
you can lose up to 15% of your weight in
6 weeks. Keeping a healthy body and burning body fat
while enjoying a normal everyday life is possible
with the Qigong diet.

After reading the book or working with the DVD, there is nothing better than a real live practice to make the Qigong Diet or the 14 Movement Series a part of your life. Where ever in the world you live I can offer you live, personal, and caring instruction to bring qigong into your life.
To arrange sessions, first simply send me a message with your email or phone, Skype contact information, requested times, and any questions you have. Sessions are one hour long, price per session to be determined individually, and can be conducted either in English or Japanese. Please note it is possible that due to time zone differences or other reasons I may not be able to accomodate the time you propose, however I will contact you to work out a mutually convenient time. If you need to change the time please inform no later than one day prior to session. Please note we cannot refund the session charge once the order to conduct has been placed.
